Company and Commercial

Commercial businesses come in all shapes and sizes – sole trader, partnership, limited company. They all have one thing in common – profit making. There are many ways to do this but it is crucial to have a good infrastructure on which to build. By this we mean, amongst dozens of items, a proper legal framework, terms and conditions of business, credit control, customer service and complaints policies, staff policies, health and safety policies and in case things go wrong, insurance. Of course, business acumen and a bit of luck would not go amiss but we can't help you with those!
